It’s not just a change, it’s a leap forward!

I am thrilled to announce the relaunch of the WPO365.com website and the introduction of new feature bundles! These latest offerings are set to replace some of the existing bundles. My commitment to a happy customer drives me to continuously improve and provide you with the best solutions.

What’s new

Launching a new website and new feature bundles is an exhilarating step for any business. It’s a chance to showcase innovation and commitment to growth and to offer you fresh options that are more aligned with current trends and demands. It is for that reason that the following bundles can no longer be purchased from the WPO365 store:

  • WPO365 | LOGIN+
  • WPO365 | SYNC
  • WPO365 | INTRANET

I am pleased to introduce three new bundles as their replacements.

WPO365 | ESSENTIALS

The advanced login options provided by this plugin allow for further customization and optimization of the login experience for both new and existing users. No matter whether you are configuring a WordPress based intranet for your workforce, a partner portal for guest users or an online store for your customers. The functionality that this plugin adds to the basic WPO365 | LOGIN that is available at no cost, will give your project a significant boost!

This bundle is a slightly smaller and therefore a cost effective alternative for the WPO365 | LOGIN+ bundle and adds the Advanced Login Options features to WPO365 | LOGIN plugin that is available at no cost.

WPO365 | PROFESSIONAL

The best choice to keep your WordPress users up-to-date whenever they Sign in with Microsoft. With the tools provided by this bundle, WPO365 can automatically update WordPress roles, profiles, avatars, and even apply rules like LearnDash enrollments, each time they access your website.

This bundle not only also replaces the WPO365 | LOGIN+ bundle but also provides significantly more functionality. It includes the Advanced Login Options, Roles + Access, LearnDash, Custom User Fields and Avatar features.

WPO365 | INTEGRATE

This Swiss Army Knife will help you with the integration of WordPress and Microsoft Entra | Azure | 365. It will keep your WordPress users up-to-date using WPO365 User Synchronization or by connecting to the Microsoft Entra Provisioning service. With these tools, WPO365 will automatically update their WordPress roles, profiles, avatars, apply rules like LearnDash enrollments and (soft) delete users that have left your organization.

The new bundle replaces the WPO365 | SYNC and WPO365 INTRANET bundles and unlocks all WPO365 features that work well with Microsoft “workforce” tenants (= regular Entra ID tenant). Since synchronizing users from WordPress to Entra is a feature that is only supported for Microsoft “customer” tenants i.e. Entra External ID and Azure AD B2C, it is the only feature not included in the new WPO365 | INTEGRATE bundle.

Important information for existing customers

Rest assured that I remain committed to providing ongoing high-quality support and service for all existing bundles, both new and old. Even though new customers will not be able to buy those bundles, they will receive updates and new versions in parallel to the new bundles that I introduce today. Your satisfaction and seamless experience is my top priority!

For those of you who wish to upgrade to a new bundle however, can do so very easily, by following the steps explained in this article.

Please note The bundles being discontinued today share a common technical issue: the plugin slug does not adhere to the established naming convention: plugin-name/plugin-name.php. Even though this is not causing critical technical problems, it may be one of the reasons that the built-in plugin-updater not always works as expected.
